Instead of using a physical card reader or manually typing in a client’s card details, the in-app card scanner captures card information with the camera on your mobile device.

Here’s how it works:

  • Choose the Scan Card option within the LawPay app and tap Start
  • Position your client’s card within the frame provided and tap Scan
  • After a moment, your camera will automatically collect the cardholder’s name, card number, and expiration date
