Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in our customer referral program ("Program"). In order to participate in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Eligibility:
The Program is open to individuals who are existing customers of AffiniPay ("Referrers") and to individuals who have not previously made a purchase from LawPay ("Referred Customers").
Referral Process:
Referrers may refer any potential customers ("Referred Customers") to LawPay.
All referrals must be submitted through the Refer a Colleague webpage in order for our team to track the progress of the Referred Customer.
Once a Referrer has submitted their referral, our team will monitor the Referred Customer’s status and will follow up with the Referrer once the Referred Customer has been confirmed as an active customer in our system.
Referral Rewards:
In order for the Referrer to be eligible for a referral reward, the Referred Customer must complete the process of opening an account.
Referral rewards may include discounts, credits, vouchers, or other benefits, as determined by LawPay. Referral awards are not paid unless and until the Referred Customer has successfully completed the account opening process.
The Program and the Referral rewards are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time, at the sole discretion of LawPay.
