AffiniPay and ClientRock Create Powerful Scheduling Integration
AUSTIN, Texas — AffiniPay, the technology behind the payment solutions LawPay, CPACharge, AffiniPay for Associations and DesignPay, is excited to announce its first integration with a scheduling tool, that will help professionals schedule meetings and make payment requests simultaneously. ClientRock has recently expanded its product offerings from new client intake to also include an industry-specific online scheduling solution.
“Scheduling tools are frequently requested by the lawyers, accountants and thousands of professionals we work with, so we are thrilled to be close partners with ClientRock,” said Tom West, CEO of AffiniPay. “Now our customers, as well as all the professionals needing critical business tools for remote work, can use this integration to schedule client meetings and get paid faster.”
ClientRock’s client portal product has been integrated with LawPay for more than a year. When the scheduling functionality was added to the product this year, the integration for LawPay was expanded. This month, ClientRock also released its integrations with CPACharge and AffiniPay’s newest brand: DesignPay.
“LawPay is not only known for being the industry leader for legal payments, but its technology was super easy to integrate with ClientRock,” said Bryan Marble, CEO and founder at ClientRock. “It made sense to also integrate with their other brands, CPACharge and DesignPay, and offer this joint solution to more professional services industries. Our expanded partnership will help professionals get paid and easily schedule appointments and meetings with clients.”
ClientRock is an automated client portal for fixed fee and subscription-based law firms. It has streamlined every step of the process for lawyers and all tasks can be done from your smartphone. Its latest addition is a stand-alone online scheduler that lets clients book and pay for consultations, fill out questionnaires and draft fee agreements.
LawPay’s payment platform was developed specifically for lawyers with the input of state bars and their ethics committees to ensure earned and unearned legal fees are properly separated and trust accounts are protected against any third-party debiting.
ClientRock is now the first online booking tool that allows you to charge for consultations using LawPay. With this new integration, users will have access to a more streamlined scheduling tool. Benefits of this tool include:
- Everything is mobile friendly and can be booked directly from your smartphone
- Ability to customize your availability, based on the customer
- Secure document collection, for any pre-meeting needs or questions
- Seamless connection to your LawPay account to run charges and issue refunds if needed
LawPay has 50+ ISV integrations powering payments for some of the largest professional service firms in the US and Canada.
