Austin, TX, April 9, 2018–LawPay and the American Bar Association (ABA) are excited to announce a five year extension of LawPay’s inclusion in the ABA Advantage program. This extension is based on the past success of the program, feedback from bar members, and proven value added to members of the ABA.

For more than a decade, LawPay has been helping firms get paid faster by offering attorneys a simple, secure way to accept online credit card payments. By working closely with the ABA to ensure trust accounting compliance, LawPay developed their payment solution to correctly separate earned and unearned fees and protect IOLTA accounts against any third-party debiting.

“LawPay is extremely honored to be included in the ABA Advantage program. As the industry’s leading payment processor, it’s our mission to develop and deliver the best online payment technology for law firms. Working closely with the ABA ensures we are up to date with IOLTA regulations and compliance guidelines that impact our clients. The knowledge and experience gained from this program allow attorneys to accept payments with confidence, building a more successful law practice,” said Amy Porter, CEO and founder of LawPay.

ABA members who take advantage of this program benefit from reduced processing costs, advanced technology, and ease of payment. Members who open a new account by April 30, 2018 will also have their LawPay monthly program fee waived for three months.
