LawPay Powers the Engine Behind the New Clio Payments
AUSTIN, TX, October 19, 2015—LawPay, the premier payment processor to the legal industry, has collaborated with Clio, a leading practice management solution to further enhance the current integration. With the newest release of Clio Payments, users will be able to invoice and collect payment directly within Clio’s practice management software, plus many other new features. The processing and security of Clio Payments will be entirely powered by LawPay.
“We’re excited to provide a modern billing and payment solution to Clio users” says Amy Porter, CEO of LawPay. “Now attorneys can receive credit card payments anywhere and get paid even easier than before all from within their Clio account.”
About LawPay
The LawPay solution is designed to correctly separate earned and unearned fees to avoid commingling funds when accepting credit card payments. More importantly, LawPay contractually protects your client funds by restricting the ability of any third-party from debiting monies from a Trust or IOLTA account. LawPay works in partnership with over 90 bar associations across the country, including the American Bar association, to ensure our program is up-to-date and in compliance.
About Clio
